
Anna Stephenson, MHS, PA-C is from Greenville, NC. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Peace, War, and Defense and a minor in Chemistry. After college, she worked as a Nursing Assistant in a pediatrics clinic. This experience, among others, confirmed her interest in pursuing a career as a healthcare provider. She then received a Master’s in Health Sciences degree from the Duke University Physician Assistant Program. During PA school, she found her calling in family medicine and is dedicated to serving the community by providing quality care to patients of all ages. She has been working in Family Medicine since 2020 and is passionate about many areas of medicine with particular interests in pediatrics, cardiology, preventative medicine, and the opportunity to get to know her patients.
Anna grew up playing classical violin in Greenville, NC. She values quality time with friends and enjoys painting, boxing, scuba diving, and spending time with family on the Pamlico River.


New Jersey and moved to Raleigh in 2012 to pursue her nursing career at Duke University Hospital. After graduating from Ramapo College of New Jersey with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing she spent 5 years working on an adult Surgical/Trauma Unit at Duke University Hospital. She returned to school and graduated with a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in Boston in 2018.

Dr. Wenzlik joined Bull City Family Medicine and Pediatrics in October 2003. He grew up in Blacksburg, VA. and attended the University of Richmond and then went to medical school at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio where he served as chief resident. He then spent 3 years serving in the U.S. Navy at the Naval Hospital Cherry Point in eastern North Carolina. He is board certified in Family Medicine. He enjoys all aspects of family medical care and has additional training in sports medicine, gynecology, and many minor and major office procedures. He is an avid distance runner and enjoys spending his free time with his wife Katie and his two children, Jackie and Noah.
Dr. Partridge joined Bull City Family Medicine and Pediatrics in July 2003. He is a native of California who completed his undergraduate studies in biology at California Plytechnic University in Los Angeles. He received his medical training at St. George’s University and the completed a four year residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at West Virginia University. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and board eligible in Pediatrics. He is married to a fellow Carolina fan, Susan and has twins, Samantha and Cooper. They both enjoy outdoor sports including scuba diving, mountain biking, and hiking. He enjoys live music and plays guitar.
